Exam Mode
Click Exam. The system will switch to Exam Mode, in which the current or saved exams can be reviewed.
Exam Mode Screen
In the left hand side of the screen, exams are shown in a tree structure by patient ID and date. The
number in parentheses indicates the number of images saved in the corresponding exam. Use the
Trackball and the Set button to press an ID in order to show or hide exams under it.
Searching for Exam
1. Click the Exam Search icon. The Exam List screen will be displayed.
2. Select the desired exam and then click Review. The system will switch to the SONOVIEW screen,
showing the selected exam.
Selecting Exam
Use the Trackball and the Set button to select the desired exam from the list in the left hand side of
the screen. The selected exam will be highlighted in yellow in the list, and the images saved in it will
be displayed on the screen.

Review Current Exam
Click Current Exam. The current exam and its images will be displayed on the screen. This button is
enabled only when a patient ID is provided.

Review Exams Saved within 24 Hours
Click Continue Exam. Exams conducted during the last 24 hours and their images will be displayed
on the screen. The date on which each exam was conducted for the rst time (Exam Resumed) will
also be shown in the feedback area.
In the retrieved exam screen, a variety of tasks such as taking measurements, typing text, or placing
BodyMarkers and indicators can be performed.

Review Exams Saved more than 24 Hours previously
Click Review Exam. Exams conducted more than 24 hours previously and their images will be
displayed on the screen. Other instructions are as for ‘Continue Exam.’
