Transferring and Printing Images
Transferring Images
MySono U5 allows you to transfer images to Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS) by using
Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM).
All images can be transferred automatically, or the desired images can be selected manually in SONOVIEV
for transfer. For information on the DICOM server settings and DICOM operation, please refer to “Setting
DICOM” in Chapter 7 ‘Utilities’.
Transferring Images in Diagnosis Mode
In diagnosis mode, images can be transferred automatically. This option is available only when
a storage server is specied under Utility > Setup > DICOM. For more information, please refer to
“Setting DICOM” in Chapter 7 ‘Utilities’.
Transferring Images in SONOVIEW
In SONOVIEW, images can be transferred manually in the following two ways:

Send Exam
All images included in an exam are transferred.
1. Click the Exam Search icon in the SONOVIEW screen. The system will switch to the Exam List
screen.
2. Select an exam from the exam list.
3. Click Send at the bottom of the screen. All images included in the exam will be transferred.
■
Send Selected Images
The desired images in an exam can be selected for transfer.
1. View an exam in the SONOVIEW screen.
2. Select the images to transfer.
3. Click the Send icon at the bottom of the screen. The selected images will be transferred.
