2D Palette
Set the color of a 2D image. Use the dial-button to select a value between 0 and 9.
■
Post Processing
Various functions get together in this menu. These are intended for optimizing images.
■
Invert
Press the Ext. Menu dial-button to turn it on or o. When on, the brightness of multi slice images
is inverted.
■
Auto Contrast
Press the Ext. Menu dial-button to turn it on or o. When on, the brightness of multi slice images is
automatically adjusted.
■
Thres.
This function removes unwanted levels of brightness in images. Thres stands for Threshold.
Press the Ext. Menu dial-button to turn it on or o. If it is turned on, Th. Low and Th. High appear
in the soft menu.
X Th. Low: Set the minimum threshold range. Select a value between 0 and 254 with the dial-
button.
X Th. High: Set the maximum threshold range. Select a value between 1 and 255 with the dial-
button.

Sharp
Adjust the boundary of Multi Slice images.
Press the Ext. Menu dial-button to turn it on or o. If it is turned on, Sharp appears in the soft menu.
X Sharp (in the soft menu): Use the dial-button to set a value between 100 and 400. As the
number increases, the boundaries become sharper.

3D CI
3D CI stands for 3D Compound Imaging, which eliminates noise and enhances the image quality
by compounding images.
Press the Ext. Menu dial-button to turn it on or o. If it is turned on, CSI Oset appears in the soft
menu.
