Tag Pos: It is available when Color Tag is on. Use the Menu dial-button to select the position of

tags, from between 0 - 248. Tag Pos aect to Tag Width.

Tag Width: It is available when Color Tag is on. Use the Menu dial-button to select the range of

tags, from between 8 - 256. Tag Width aect to Tag Pos.

C Mode Softmenu

Following items are displayed on Softmenu in C mode. Select the item and adjust the value with the

Softmenu switch [1] – [5] on the control panel.

Scale

Use the Softmenu switch [1]. Lifting the switch makes the PRF (Pulse Repetition Frequency) increase

so that the speed range of the blood ow is widened, and vice versa.

Baseline

Use the Softmenu switch [2]. When the display method for Color Mode is set to Vel, the baseline

can be adjusted.

■

Filter

Use the Softmenu switch [3]. Filter is an electrical lter used to eliminate low-frequency Doppler

signals caused by the motion of vessel walls. Adjust Cuto Frequency to remove from the screen

the Doppler signals for which the frequencies are lower than the Cuto Frequency. Lift up the

switch to raise cuto frequency, and vice versa.

Steer

NOTE: This item appears in the Softmenu only when a Linear Probe is used.

Use the Softmenu switch [5]. Adjust the angle of the ultrasound beam. This can minimize loss of

color information based on the angle of the ultrasound beam. Press the switch to select Left, Right,

or None for ROI.
