Chapter 7 Utilities
Service
On the Setup screen, tap the Service button. Users should not attempt to perform anything on their own.
They must contact the customer support department of Samsung Medison who can perform the service
for them.
NOTE:
X
Option: Enables or disables optional software or hardware.
- Name: Shows the types of optional software that can be installed on the product.
- Status: Shows the current status of optional software.
- Expired Date: Shows the expiration date.

Backup/Restore: Performs restoration of saved basic patient information and images, or changes
the software.
X
Demo Play: Press the Play button to play a demonstration of the finest scanned images acquired
with this product. You may import or delete images.Depending on your organization’s network
security settings, the Ping result may always be displayed as Fail. Please contact your network
administrator for more information.
