The items that are commonly used in each diagnosis mode are shown below:

 Using the Touch Screen Menus

The items that can be used in each diagnosis mode are provided as menu items. You can change

the image format or optimize an image to facilitate your diagnosis. If the touch screen menu is two

pages long, tap the More and Back buttons on the touch screen to change the page.

 Gain

Adjust the brightness and sensitivity of an image. Use the ‘ / ’ on the touch screen to select a

setting between 1 and 10. In Freeze mode, you can select a setting between -2 and 2.

In 2D mode and M mode, the brightness of the image is adjusted; in Doppler modes, the Doppler

sensitivity of the image is adjusted.

 Focus

Use the ‘ / ’ buttons on the touch screen to adjust the location of the focus.

 Depth

Use the ‘ / ’ buttons on the touch screen to adjust the image scanning depth. The acceptable

range of adjustment varies depending on the probe type.

 Read Zoom

This function is used for zooming in on images that are stored on the hard disk.

Zoom in and out functionality is only available in 2D mode.

1. Press 2D in the Image Information in Image Area to change the mode.

2. Double-click the image on the touch screen or use two ngers to zoom the image in or out.
