6-3-5 When louvers(bottom, left, and right) don't operate

1. Inspection Items

1) Power Voltage (AC198V ~ AC242V)

2) Louver Motor Connector(CN61, CN62, CN65)

2. Inspection Procedure

Check if louvers have mechanical problem.

Turn off the power and on 5 seconds later.

Does the standard lamp twinkle 3 minutes before it goes out?

Are all the louvers open during operation?

(bottom, left, and right)

Does the GND voltage of connector 2, 3, 4, and 5 range from

DC 6V to 8V? (when louvers are operating)

Does the GND voltage of connector 2, 3, 4, and 5 range from

DC 12V? (when louvers are operating)

Not a breakdown(normal)

PCB Replace

Checking motor connection, Poor motor

Checking connection and apparatus assembly condition.
