7. Remove the side cap on the opposite end

of the cartridge using the same instructions.

NOTE: Be careful removing the side cap as

some of the drive gears are not attached and

will fall off.

Once both side plates are detached,

remove the PCR.

NOTE: The PCR has a small drive gear

attached to it. This gear is stationary and will

not fall off. During the reassembly of this

cartridge, align the PCR drive gear with the

small helical spur gear on the OPC.

The developer roller stabilizer plate

must be removed to remove the developer

roller and OPC. Insert a small flathead

screwdriver under the plate and gently pry

off.

NOTE: Be careful not to break the plastic

clip that secures it to the cartridge body.
