Evaporators

There are two evaporators in the

system. The high side feeds into the

fresh food compartment evaporator

through a cap tube. The outlet of the

fresh food evaporator supplies the

freezer evaporator.

The sealed system uses a

combination of a sub condenser in

the machine compartment and a hot-

wall condenser. Because of the hot-

wall condenser, this type of system

cannot be completely enclosed.

There are clearance requirements on

all sides of the cabinet.

The pc (yoder) loop is made of

copper while the hot wall pipes are

steel.
