rack. Put in the oven. After cooking, stand for 2-3

• Pizza dough (200-220 g)

150 g strong white bread our, 3 g dried yeast,

0.5 tbsp olive oil, 100 ml warm water, 0.5 tbsp

sugar and salt

• Topping

100 g Sliced Vegetables, 100 g Tomato puree,

80-100 g grated Mozzarella cheese

Method

Put the our, yeast, oil, salt and warm water in a

bowl and mix to a wettish dough. Knead in a mixer

or by hand about 5-10 mins. Cover with lid and

prove for 30 min.

Roll out into crusty plate. Spread the tomato puree

on the dough and add vegetables. Sprinkle cheese

evenly on top.
